Dear EU customer

As you are aware, the UK is leaving the EU and customs Union from the 1st January 2021.

Any orders delivered to customers in the EU after this date, will require duty (possibly 3.7%), VAT/Sales tax at your country’s rate and the couriers brokerage fees to be paid on delivery.

We are currently in discussions with our couriers to seek ways to reduce these fees.

We will continue to dispatch orders up until 29th December 2020 under existing terms. After this date, orders will not leave us in time to beat the Brexit deadline and therefore will be subject to additional taxes and fees mentioned above.

The UK and EU are currently in negotiations regarding a free trade deal. However, even if this is agreed, the parts we sell will not be duty free as the majority of them are made outside of the UK/EU.

Please place any last minute orders in plenty of time as we will have limited staff after 22nd December and so may not be able to process and pack your order after that date if there are too many. Please note that we will cancel from your order any parts which are not in stock and will not be ready to dispatch by the 29th December.
