Pricing
Pricing on our website is shown both inclusive of VAT (at the UK rate of 20%), and excluding VAT for customers outside of the UK. Every effort is made to ensure that all of the prices on our website are correct, but very occasionally, an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error and we will notify you as soon as possible.
Customers located within the European Union
The UK left the EU Customs Union on 1st of January 2021.
Please read the following carefully:
EU Consumer/Non-Business/Private customers.
VAT (Sales tax) and import duty is now payable on any item(s) which have not been made in the UK or EU, that you import from the UK.
In order to reduce delays and courier fees, as well as allowing us to give you a grand total for your order, we will collect VAT (at your local rate) and import duty from you at the point of sale (under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms scheme) for immediate payment by us to FedEx/DHL at the point of customs clearance in your country. There are fees for customs processing which we will mostly absorb. We have slightly increased the duty payable by 1.3% in order to contribute towards our costs for this. The list below shows your VAT and duty rates payable at the point of ordering.

EU Business and VAT/Sales tax registered customers
The DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) VAT and duty collection service as outlined above is not available to VAT registered customers in the EU. This is because under the DDP Incoterms, you would be unable to reclaim the VAT from your authority if you paid it to us, rather than FedEx whom are making the customs entry on your behalf. Please note that you will require an EORI number to do this.
FedEx will require from you, prior to delivery:
1. Your EORI number.
2. VAT/Duty payable (Your local VAT (see table above) and 3.7% duty) or you may receive an invoice after delivery.
3. A disbursement fee (for paying VAT/Duty in advance) Approx 14.00 Euros or 2% of the invoice value - whichever is greater.
