Covid-19 Status

Our retail sales counter and the David Silver collection are closed until further notice. However, we continue online/mail order and bike sales, and dispatch. We are currently operating with greatly reduced staff numbers each day, so please help our limited capacity to help you by noting the following:

  1. All order deliveries and email responses are delayed. If all items on your order are in our stock and you are in the UK, allow 4 days for delivery, longer if you are outside of the UK and/or your order contains special orders or temporarily out of stock parts. We are currently experiencing longer delays than usual on some special order parts. Please do not call or email to chase your order before a week has passed. Please do not resend emails, or call with an enquiry for which you have already emailed.
  2. Adding to or combining orders is no longer possible due to warehouse access restrictions and time limitations. You will need to place a separate order for the additional items.
  3. We cannot currently undertake urgent deliveries. Orders will be dispatched strictly in the order they were received.
  4. If you have found all the parts you need on our website, please place the order using the shopping cart, rather than calling to order by phone. This will be more informative for you with order staus updates as well as being easier for us to process.
  5. None of the above affects your right to cancel your order. However, we will not re-instate your order with additional items to get around point 2., as this is unfair on other customers who are waiting for their order.
